Welcome 2011!

So, our family is getting back to our regular schedule.  How about yours?  Unfortunately, I am not enjoying this weather.  Temperature ok, ice terrible.  I have already take 2 good falls in the last 3 days, with bruises to prove it.  So, although I'd love to get outside, I have been thinking that any outdoor activity wouldn't be all that fun with all this ice.

Inspired by the dinosaur shirts my kids received in the mail today, we're going to the Alaska Museum of Natural History.  I'll be there at 11am(ish) on Thursday Jan 6th.  I am going to call about their playgroup rate and see if we qualify.  If you haven't been there, it is a nice hands-on place for kids.  Lots of dinosaur bones and animals to look at.  You can bring a lunch or snack and eat there.  It is not as fancy as the Anchorage Museum, but it nice outing with free parking.

Sorry for the late post, life has been a little busy.   I hope some of you can make it this week.
